Locally Stored User Data. We collect and store the following information locally on your device only (never transmitted to our servers): hospital notes (door codes, parking info, contact numbers), favorites/bookmarked hospitals, oxygen tank calculation settings, timestamp logs, and user preferences (selected state, navigation app preference, haptic feedback settings, onboarding status).
All information that you provide must be true, complete and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such information.
In Short: Some information – such as device characteristics – is collected automatically when you use our App.
We automatically collect certain information when you use the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your device characteristics, operating system, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
In Short: We collect information regarding your geo-location and mobile device when you use our App.
If you use our App, we also collect the following information:
Geo-Location Information. We request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, only while you are actively using our mobile application, to provide location-based services (calculate distances to hospitals, provide navigation). Location data is processed on-device and never transmitted to our servers. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device's settings.
Mobile Device Data. We may automatically collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, and version information.
Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding the mobile application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.
We use RevenueCat, a third-party service, to process subscriptions. RevenueCat collects anonymous user identifiers, purchase receipts from Apple, device type, and subscription status information. We use information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations. We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

To deliver Services to the user. We may use your information to provide you with the requested Service (calculate hospital distances, provide navigation, save preferences).
To respond to user inquiries/offer support to users. We may use your information to respond to your inquiries and solve any potential issues you might have with the use of our Services.
To manage subscriptions. We may use your information via RevenueCat to manage your subscription status and provide access to App features.
For other Business Purposes. We may use your information for other Business Purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our App, products, marketing and your experience. We may use and store this information in aggregated and anonymized form so that it is not associated with individual end users and does not include personal information.

More specifically, we may need to process your data or share your personal information in the following situations:
Vendors, Consultants and Other Third-Party Service Providers. We share data with RevenueCat for subscription management. RevenueCat requires access to subscription information to process payments and verify entitlements. Unless described in this Privacy Policy, we do not share, sell, rent or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.
Business Transfers. We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
Third-Party Navigation Apps. When you choose to navigate to a hospital using Apple Maps, Google Maps, or Waze, you are opening those third-party apps which have their own privacy policies. We do not automatically share your information with these apps.
In Short: We do not use cookies or web tracking technologies.
ER NAV is a native iOS mobile application and does not use cookies, web beacons, pixels, or similar web tracking technologies.
In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements).
Locally Stored Data: Information stored on your device (notes, favorites, preferences) remains on your device until you delete the App or manually remove individual items.
Subscription Data: RevenueCat retains subscription information for the duration of your subscription plus any retention period required by law for financial and tax compliance.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
In Short: We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational and technical security measures.
We have implemented technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will use commercially reasonable efforts designed to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our App is at your own risk. You should only access the Services within a secure environment.
Most of your data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's security features (passcode, biometric authentication, iOS encryption). Subscription data is protected by RevenueCat's security measures and Apple's payment processing systems.
In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent's use of the App. If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take commercially reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. ER NAV does not use account registration. All user data is stored locally on your device. You can delete individual notes, favorites, or other data within the App, or completely remove all data by uninstalling the App.

Opting out of email marketing: We do not send marketing emails.
Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted in the future and we determine that compliance with it is necessary, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

We will use commercially reasonable efforts designed to ensure that the data is not publicly displayed on the App, but please be aware that the data may not be completely or comprehensively removed from our systems.
